CHEESECAKE #4: CRAIG’S CRAZY CARROT CAKE CHEESECAKE
Cheesecake Factory Description: Carrot cake and cheesecake swirled together, topped with cream cheese icing and roasted almonds.
What I Was Working With:
If you like carrot cake and cheesecake, then 10/10 this is definitely a cheesecake you need to try. It’s more of a carrot cake than a cheesecake (IMO), but with cheesecake swirled into it… YUM. The icing is a cream cheese icing that we all know and love. The cream cheese icing was sweet but not overly, coyingly sweet. It was probably one of my favorite parts of this cheesecake actually… I love icing, okay?! The toasted almonds on the back of the cheesecake provided a nice crunchy contrast to the creamy cake.
Overall Rating: 8.5/10.
(Morgan also tried this cheesecake and her opinion was- “For a less exciting flavor… I’d rate it a solid 8.5/10.” 
So tasty! If i was not in the mood for chocolate, this is definitely a cheesecake i would choose. Sweet but not overly sweet, or rich, and i could easily eat this entire piece without hesitation. If you love carrot cake and cheesecake you MUST try this. Top 5 on my list perhaps??
