Hello. My name is Lauren Kelly. I guess if you are reading this maybe you know me or maybe you don’t. Either way, I wanted to fill you in on a little bit about myself.
I am 25 years old.I graduated college from Indiana University of PA. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with a minor in Psychology. I don’t know what i want to do with “the rest of my life” but i am interested in health/nutrition and the areas surrounding eating disorders, childhood obesity, and sports nutrition. I recently moved to Louisiana after some unexpected life happenings, so it’s a fresh start.
I am a huge foodie. i love cooking, baking, and trying new recipes. My favorite food is cheesecake and one of my goals is to try every cheesecake flavor at The Cheesecake Factory. I enjoy fitness and i have competed in 5 bodybuilding bikini competitions thus far. I recently completed a 24 week prep for 2 bikini competitions in June and July. As a result, i have 3 new trophies to add to the trophy shelf. Competing is a huge challenge and it is something that i love to do. I have a twin sister, Morgan, who is my best friend. I love starbucks and my cat, Lupin.
Currently in the pursuit of this thing called “balance” in regards to living a happy and healthy life.
